Hunger Games - District 2 Nails! **China Glaze - Stone Cold**(+Black & Silver Glitter nail stripers)  When I saw that the China Glaze Hunger Games Collection had a matte polish I was so happy.  I love matte polishes and even though they don’t quite love me back, I’m never giving up.  I wish this was a little more inspired by District 2… but it was like midnight and adding some black and silver stripes was about all I could manage. : p
